About the opportunity:

Do you possess the unique blend of technical writing and the ability to deliver top notch training sessions?  This position provides you with the opportunity to join one of the fastest growing and most successful organizations at Epicor.  Starting at the ground floor, if you have what it takes, you will learn, and based on performance, have the possibility of working your way up the organization.  Assisting with project Coordination, easing into the writing of materials and tools and eventually providing basic training presentations is all yours for the taking!

 

The core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

*Maintaining detailed and accurate project schedules and reporting:  finalizing and uploading courses to Epicor’s Learning Management System.

*Utilizing leading edge technology to complete tasks and projects

*Tests and edits materials key to the instructional development process, provides feedback to peers.

*Develops and maintains education content and web-based training.

 

 

What you should bring to the table……

*2-4 years of corporate training experience, preferable in the software industry

*Superb knowledge of Microsoft product suite

*Ability to quickly pick up new technology

*Excellent communication skills:  written, verbal, presentation, interpersonal as well as the ability to forge strong business relationships with peers and client groups

*Proven ability to successfully juggle multiple projects and continually meet or exceed deadlines.

*Ability to succeed as part of a team in both an office and remote location

*Fantastic project management skills

*Ability to travel 25% of the time- including International travel

 * Financial knowledge to support training and education content writing on Financial topics

 

Education and Certification Preferences:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Finance or Accounting.  Some coursework in project management and manufacturing extremely helpful.
