We are looking for an Engagement Manager who will work as a part of a dynamic team in a rapidly growing company. An Engagement Manager in AGS works as a part of a dynamic team in a geographically distributed professional services organization within an Enterprise Software provider. While a person in this position is truly an individual contributor, both group interaction and teamwork are integral parts of the role.
Specific duties include:
1. Play the role of Engagement Manager on client engagements by overseeing the AGS Project Manager and the assigned team members, ensuring the highest quality for any project related deliverables, managing the project within scope and budget, resolving sudden issues, and assessing team member performance.
2. Create assigned deliverables appropriate to skill set (e.g. project plans, change orders, methodology artifacts or others). All deliverables are completed on time, within scope and of the highest quality.
3. Work at client sites for extended periods of time and identify new engagements.
4. Document requirements, scope work, and create accurate estimates for prospective client engagements. Develop detailed work plans and manage the timeline associated with such plans.
5. Plan and lead internal and external meetings including conducting formal client presentations in settings such as executive boardrooms, classrooms, and conference rooms.
6. Co-develop account strategies with the Sales Account Manager and the AGS Project Manager. Manage the executive client relationship and ensure the overall client satisfaction.
7. Participate in internal projects (e.g. recruiting activities, methodology improvements, etc.).

Minimum Position Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree
2. At least seven (7) years consulting experience, with at least two (2) years experience implementing enterprise packaged software (e.g. SAP, Siebel, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Unica, SAS, etc.) with a focus on process design and system configuration.
3. Requires business consulting experience in at least one major industry vertical (Pharma, High Tech, Financial Services, etc.) or in at least one major mega process (Financial Management, Marketing Planning, Production Management, Campaign Management, etc.).
4. Ability to travel 100%, potentially on an international basis and manage multiple (two to five) major client relationships at any one point in time.
5. Demonstrated competency in using standard desktop applications for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, desktop publishing, and project management.
6. Demonstrated competency in project management, software implementations, pre-sales support, staff management, and client relationship management.
7. Must have experience working on small, midsize, and large projects and with single product/multiple platforms.
8. Strong time management and multitasking abilities. Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
9. Consultants must become certified in either MRM (Marketing Resource Management) or ECM (Enterprise Campaign Management). Exams must be taken within the first 30 days of employment.
