An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced, and hands-on, technical leader who will manage and direct a team of 6 to 9 engineers in the development of Application Connectors and Document Services using Windows .Net and XML technology for a Document Imaging Product.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:Dynamic leader with proven ability to build and develop technical teamsProvide technical leadership and guidance to product developmentAssign projects and work load to optimize resource utilizationPrepare and manage software program and feature schedulesEngage with product management to ensure alignment of technology to business needsAlong with other software engineering managers, engineers, and program managers, develop strategies to improve software development processes and product qualityContribute to project efforts through hands-on development work



 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

 7 to 10 years of recent hands-on development experience5+ years of technical lead and/or management experienceWindows programming experienceVisual Studio.NetC#C++XMLExperience with document management or imaging applications strongly preferred, but not requiredBachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
