Enterprise Applications Engineer (C#)

Overview:We are looking to add an experienced Applications Engineer to our Enterprise Applications team. Enterprise Application Engineers are primarily responsible for managing best-of-breed solutions and services to help TT run at maximum efficiency.  As a member of the Enterprise Applications team you will ensure that the systems that run TT are designed well, customized appropriately, and supported effectively.  Responsibilities:·  Provide prompt and consistent support for SharePoint solutions and other enterprise applications systems.·  Provide advanced level design work, implementation, documentation, and troubleshooting for SharePoint Portal.·  Plan and apply upgrades and patches to enterprise application systems.·  Create technical documentation of installation/configuration procedures.·  Produce and interpret enterprise applications performance trends.·  Make recommendations as needed to improve functionality, performance, enterprise impact, and standards compliance.·  Serve as an escalation point for enterprise applications issues within IT. Requirements:·  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.·  3+ years of development experience in C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio .NET, etc.·  Some MS-SQL server experience, preferably with SQL Server 2000 / 2005. ·  Experience with Windows SharePoint Services customization and web part development and customization is a plus.·  Understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems, Exchange and Active Directory. TT is committed to providing an environment where highly talented, challenge-hungry people thrive.
