Enterprise Monitoring Specialist (MOM / SCOM)

Description Organization: Infrastructure Outsourcing Location:  Minneapolis, MN (Richfield)   People within the Client Operations-IO workgroup are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location. Infrastructure Outsourcing (IO) is the ongoing management and/or improvement of activities related to a part or to the whole of a technical infrastructure (e.g. information systems, security systems, and telecommunications networks), allowing companies to focus on their core business and competencies Responsibilities: This resource will be primarily responsible for the design and implementation of ESM Global monitoring services for client systems via Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) and Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM).  Additional responsibilities will include identifying and implementing support procedures for on call support issues for off-shore ESM support personal. Our IO resources can expect to:  Incorporate skills which support the programming, management and maintenance services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our clients. Receive ongoing training to build and extend professional, technical and management skills in all areas Enjoy our comprehensive and generous benefits package  Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:  3 or more years experience working in a mid to large corporate enterprise environment with "enterprise monitoring tools." 1 or more years experience working with; Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM)  OR  Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) Preferred Qualifications:  MCSE certification HP OpenView applications, eg.
