The Professional Services department within Informatica is responsible for ensuring customers are successful in deploying our data integration and analytic platforms. Our Analysts, under the guidance of our Senior Consultants, work with our customers and business partners on both short-term assignments to provide spot, Informatica expertise, as well as longer-term efforts to ensure a decision support project is delivered in accordance with the customer's expectations.

Analysts receive extensive classroom training in Informatica technologies and mentoring by senior staff in customer facing skills. The desire to learn and keep abreast of technological trends as well as developing client interaction skills is required for success in this role.

These positions require 75% travel. Though in-town assignments are given the highest priority, Informatica Professional Services consultants must be willing to travel. Efforts are made to ensure this travel is limited to your home region and occurs during the work week.

Knowledge management and sharing is a high priority, so each analyst has time each month to document client projects and record best practices.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree required, MIS or CIS degree preferred.

Good handle on current trends in information and business analytics technologies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Willingness to travel 75%

United States citizenship required.
