Entry Level IT Technician

Our client is a healthcare company located in Boston. Due to the hot growth of the company they are looking to add another person on their corporate Help Desk.  In this growing  positions you will report to the Director of IT. The perfect candidate need have 1 year experience. Knowledge of Windows XP 2000, Microsoft Office Suite and also trouble  shooting.  Requirements 1. Support all Information Technology systems. Including and not limited to computer desktops, LAN/ WAN, voice and data communications equipment. 2. Support / Maintenance, analysis and repair of agency hardware, software and related equipment. 3. Identify, monitor and resolve potential problems and existing issues on Information Technology systems. Including but not limited to hardware issues, software issues telecommunication issues and data transmissions. 4. Work with Information Technology team in resolving problems, issues related to requests and projects. 5. Responsible for Support Desk assistance and Work Order data entry and administration. 6. Provide administrative assistance as assigned by the Director of Information Technology. 7. Perform periodic maintenance and inventory of all Information Technology systems. Including and not limited to hardware, software and communications equipment. 8.
