Entry Level Manufacturing/Distribution Software Consultant

MICROSOFT DYNAMICS BUSINESS SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT POSITION 

A growing Microsoft Gold Certified Partner headquartered in the Chicago area has an immediate opening for a Consultant for a permanent position.  May also consider summer/ part time interns that are finishing College. Looking for a person with an education background in Business, Operations, Finance, and/or Economics with some work experience in same.  The qualified consultant will be responsible for:Working with clients in a consulting role Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains),  Microsoft CRM, and/or Dynamics AX (Axapta) systems implementations Providing on-site and remote support services Product training Identifying client issues/inefficiencies, creating solution options, presenting and proposing options to customer, implementing/project managing Managing multiple projects and client relationships

Experience & Skills we look for:Business, Operations, Economics and/or Finance college study Some experience in Manufacturing and Distribution environments a plus Professional presence and High Integrity Self drive and high capacity to learn new technologies and convert them into customer solutions Driving out and documenting businesses’ functional requirements Managing customer expectations and assisting with change management General knowledge of ERP software solutions including knowledge of industry best practices in Sales, Distribution, Manufacturing and Financial business processes finished with or working on Four-year college degree  Background in accounting a plus Experience as an ERP Consultant a plus Project Management experience a plus Excellent communication, organizational and client management skills Self-motivated team player Up to 70% travel
