About the Opportunity

ISCS is looking for someone who will enjoy working in a collaborative, creative environment. Your duties and responsibilities will include coordination between our development staff and our clients, client training, analysis, design and setup of client applications, and managing timelines and deliverables. ISCS has an atmosphere that promotes entrepreneurial spirit. You'll wear many hats and get to see the entire process from start to finish. You'll be working with a well respected team that has a track record of creating best-of-breed products.

 

Duties

 

We need 1-2 entry-level Business Systems Analysts  to work full-time on our product implementation team.  The initial duties will be to assist with the implementation analysis, setup and documentation required to meet customer delivery goals.

 

Qualifications:

 

A successful candidate: Is able to think logically, communicate clearly, and be well organizedIs a quick learner and has good technical fundamentals Is able to do extensive analysis and work independently (while following established guidelines), with minimal directionHas a high energy level and a desire to learn Has a proactive team member attitude Meets milestones as assigned Analyzes problems and develops solutions Can learn how the ISCS's business works and intelligently suggest ways to improve processes within the company Recently graduated with Business, MIS or Computer Science MajorMUST LIVE LOCALLY (IN OR NEAR SAN JOSE)
