Our ideal candidate will be diplomatic and will be valued for your competency and ability to oversee all aspects of the Global Sales Executive Vice President’s day and ensure the office runs smoothly. Responsibilities include the following:

• Maintain EVP’s calendar, independently schedule appointments, and screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond independently when appropriate
• Organize and appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information
• Arrange complex domestic and international travel arrangements
• Organize meetings and worldwide conference calls across various time zones
• Prepare correspondence, including Excel and PowerPoint presentations
• Maintain files and other general senior administrative support and special projects as needed.


Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree (or equivalent experience) plus 5 years of executive or senior-level Assistant experience.
• Experience supporting a Global Sales organization
• Excellent analytical competence and “Big Picture” thinking
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities with superior follow-through and ownership.
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software applications; Solid interpersonal and oral/written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
• Ability to build, establish, and maintain effective working relationships
• Ability to understand and interpret complex rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Proactive, organized, and the ability to anticipate needs.
