Requirements:2 to 3 years of experience The candidate must have solid Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills. The candidate must have solid experience with asynchronous technologies (i.e., AJAX). drilling into Flex concepts is helpful (i.e., different types of layouts, different ways of connecting to the service layer from the Flex client, etc.). Working with ANT for development process automation is a plus but not a requirement.Candidate must be able to work in a demanding environment because there will be change requests and enhancements.
