Job Title: Facilities Manager
Department: Administration
Reports To: Director of Human Resources, Administration and Recruitment
Job Summary:
Manage the maintenance of company facilities, buildings and equipment for all worldwide offices.
Job Responsibilities:
Plans, organizes, and evaluates operations of company facilities and equipmentDevelops, presents and manages departmental budget for Worldwide FacilitiesDetermines optimal physical layouts for office space, equipment, and furniture. Plans, estimates and creates layouts showing location of furniture, equipment, doorways, electrical and telephone outlets, and other facilities in accordance with code requirements. Inspects completed work for conformance to blue prints, specifications and standardsAssists employees in internal moves and coordinates any office constructionWorks with outside contractors and vendors of equipment and suppliesServes as in-house consultant on company real estate Remains current on OSHA and ADA regulations concerning facilities and safetyManages the Worldwide Facilities department including hiring, performance management and salary reviewsMaintains copies of all leases for all US and Non US offices. Ensures renewal procedures are completed annually for all leases
Job Qualifications:
Ten or more years of management experience in the field of Property Management in a professional, high volume, fast-paced environmentBA/BS in Business or related fieldAbility to work under pressure and adhere to due datesStrong analytical and decision making skillsExperience in dealing with customers (internal and external, preferred)Superior oral and written communication skillsExcellent follow through Highly developed organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a “Team” environmentMicrosoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
