McAfee offers in-depth protection-from the network core, to perimeter defense to complete desktop security.   The company was recently named Best Employer in CMP Media’s Software Development Reader’s Choice Awards along with being chosen the Best Software Company at the CompTIA Breakaway Conference.   One of the largest portions of the McAfee real estate portfolio is in the Americas.  Proper operations and maintenance of the facilities are critical to supporting the business of the company.  The number of site along with the complexity of the property uses (data centers, labs administrative space etc.) and associated service contracts necessitate a dedicated and focused resource to properly manage the portfolio.   Job Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for managing and maintaining the assigned regions of the Corporate Real Estate portfolio consisting of primarily leased facilities.  Track portfolio metrics and drive improvements to key performance indicators for portfolio and business measurements.  Manage and supervise numerous service providers in assigned regions. Work with Procurement in negotiating service contracts for McAfee office, Lab, Data Center etc to support the business needs as required. Tracking and taking necessary action on all critical systems and equipment that support the strategic tactical and operational needs of the business. Work with internal customers and external services providers to address the various needs of the facilities that align business unit requirements with corporate objectives.   Qualifications/Requirements: Proven experience in facilities portfolio management across multiple geographies (North and South America).
