En Pointe is currently experiencing explosive growth in the public sector; as a result we are adding Senior Account Executives to our high-caliber Federal Sales Team.  As an En Pointe Federal AE, you will be responsible for identifying and closing net new hardware, software and professional services business within the U.S. Federal Government.  You will be required to sell into existing accounts and engage in heavy prospecting into assigned accounts via phone and in person meetings.  Additional responsibilities include identifying and responding to large RFPs and developing relationships with local channel and sales reps for our vendor partner community.  You will also be required to engage and integrate our professional services organization to provide a “total solution” to your customers.

At En Pointe, your experience and customer relationships drive your focus and sales strategy.

 Prospect, cold-call and develop new business in the Federal government via phone and in person meetings.Manage appointment and sales activities in CRM toolProvide consultation around technology projects and integrate En Pointe’s professional services teams.Establish strong relationships with local channel and sales reps along with all of En Pointe’s security/services vendor partners.Effectively work with En Pointe’s Federal Inside Sales Team to deliver accurate sales quotes in a timely manner and to process orders efficiently.Attend trainings as required to continuously update and maintain knowledge around technology products



Minimum Qualifications:

 4 years  technology solutions sales experience into the U.S. Federal GovernmentCollege DegreeExperience in the process of Fed/ Government bids and RFP’s; project budgets, timeframe impact and solution options.Proven success in exceeding sales quotasSelf motivated and highly driven to work on own and in a close team environmentAbility to take initiative and effective problem solving skillsStrong communication skills; written and verbalAbility to manage time effectively and strong organizational skills
