Field Marketing Assistant

We are currently looking for a Field Marketing Assistant in our Irvine California office.  Recent grads welcome!

The right candidate will have the following qualifications: 

Data Mining for Lead Generation:

Target list development and clean up from corporate marketing database

Marketing Campaign Support:

Support team of three field marketing managers on program execution and follow up

Management of all webcast events; set up, day of event hosting, follow up reports, etc

Event logistics, some tradeshow management

Marketing Administration

Marketing material inventory tracking

Process incoming invoices and track against budget

Printing coordination

Creation and maintenance of organization systems for marketing knowledge base, campaign results, etc.

Maintaining departmental calendars ofeventssales activitiesemail campaigns 

 Necessary Skills:Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)Strong web research ability – comfortable being given a topic and finding relevant companies,

  publication, associations and events related to that topicExtremely organized and able to multi-task1- 2 years experience in marketing, advertising, communications or related field Comfort in high-tech environment is a plusB.A. in marketing, communications or related fieldteam-oriented, yet able to work on projects independentlySense of creativity
