File Systems Development Engineer (WAFL Convergence)

Description:Job Summary: This is a software development position in the Network Appliance File Systems engineering team; as a Sr. Software Engineer, you will participate in all phases of a product development cycle: from product definition and design, through implementation, debugging, testing, and release.Essential Functions: This job is all about developing NetApps crown jewel, the WAFL filesystem. You will participate in all phases of software development, including specification, design, implementation, testing, and sustaining. Additionally, you will interact with and influence other engineering groups, customer support, marketing, and sales in support of that work.
