This position can be in Irving TX, or O'Fallon MO.

 

The Imaging and Workflow Administrator is directly responsible for: Administering and supporting imaging/workflow applications to day-to-day monitoring, problem resolution and root cause analysis.Developing imaging/workflow solutions to meet business requirements.Reviewing strategic business goals and objectives to develop solutions for updating or improving existing applications and infrastructure to meet the needs.Develop processes and standards for the development and use of imaging/workflow applications.Develop policies and procedures designed to ensure the integrity of the application environment.Define strategies and solutions to improve the performance and access of imaging/workflow applications.Work with peers and associates as a teammate to ensure that imaging/workflow technologies meet or exceed business requirements for stability, performance, availability and usage.Function as 3rd level on-call support for all imaging/workflow applications.

 

Qualifications:1 year technical experience in the installation and administration of FileNet Image Services and FileNet P8 Workflow applications.Understanding of workflow as well as high volume fax and paper scanning operations.Strong communication and problem solving ability.Technical Experience in the installation and administration of Kofax Ascent Capture is preferred.Technical Experience with UNIX, Windows OS, Oracle, and SQL Server.Experience with Websphere and Java a plus.Demonstrate strong customer service focus and ability to establish and maintain a high level of user trust and confidence.Ability to follow change management process and provide documentation on standards and operational procedures.Technical Experience in the installation and administration of Biscom or fax service applications a plus.
