Reporting to the Director of Financial Analysis, the Finance Manager will establish proactive working relationships with cross-functional organizations, liaising with Sales, Research and Development and Operations on an ongoing basis, providing salient and actionable analysis that will drive toward greater efficiencies and overall profitability.
Key areas of responsibility:Responsible for management of the company's full P&L forecastAssist in the development and maintenance of corporate budgets Develop and maintain metrics to link key organizational targets and financial implications Create, maintain and improve internal reporting to management Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly reports for Board of Directors, executive management and investors Provide financial/business support to executive level functional VP's Assist in the development of an external view for historical financials (for customers, potential acquirers) Work with Controller, CFO and Director of Financial Analysis to develop best practices for external format Line of Business Analysis Ad hoc reportingRequired Skills
This position requires self-starter with the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks, projects and changing priorities.
