Finance Manager

This position will partner with LCA practice groups by providing exec-level financial/business support and leadership to facilitate decision making. In addition to working with key members of LCA and Corporate FP&A, you will also interact heavily with other areas in the corporate column, including Regional Controllers, Corporate Accounting and Treasury groups. As part of the Corporate Controllers Group, you will be involved in company-wide controllers’ initiatives. Core responsibilities also include:· Driving periodic processes for LCA and the Corporate FP&A group, including operating expense and headcount reporting, forecasting, Resident Guest Employees (RGE) budgeting (MYR, Target Setting and BPR), CFO Reviews and close processes.· Providing accounting guidance on revenue recognition through collaboration with corporate accounting and treasury groups.· Partnering with LCA practice groups on appropriate financial accounting treatments while ensuring consistency with Microsoft Accounting Policies and GAAP.· Supporting the Controller on any ad hoc financial analysis & reporting as well as key business initiatives. Job_Requirements:· BA/BS in Accounting or Finance with 5-8 years of experience in financial reporting, financial analysis and/or public accounting. CPA or MBA is a plus.· Financial reporting/modeling and internal control & compliance experience with demonstrated skills in problem solving and project management.· Excellent communication skills, including partnering and presenting to senior management.· Results driven focus and ability to see issues through to completion in a timely manner.· Strong analytical skills and attention to reporting accuracy.· Ability to identify and implement process related improvements.· Strong competency with Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge and familiarity with other MS based products, finance tools, controls and systems.· Highly effective individual who can work independently with excellent organization skills - ability to manage multiple and competing projects/priorities.
