As Financial Analyst - Sales Operations, your key areas of responsibility will be to:

• Assist in Sales Operations procedure development and administration

• Assist in development of compensation plans

• Preparation of Quarterly Sales Reporting Packages and ASP calculations

• Prepare Monthly Sales Dashboards

• Perform pipeline analysis

• Provide sales and expense forecasts

• Maintain accurate information in RNT Sales Automation systems

• Create and maintain sales rep database (including headcount, quotas, compensation, and performance)

• Provide metrics as required

• Create and maintain department budgets

• Assist in analysis of territory information

• Maintain and perform analysis of customer license information with respect to license renewals and available license renewals

• Responsible for ensuring cancelled customers are reported and cancelled timely

• Provide and maintain detail records for renewal quotas

• Provide reporting on renewal results and forecasting

Knowledge Base:

• Business degree: finance or accounting

• 5 years or more progressive finance or accounting experience

• Understanding of RNT organization, or ability to learn quickly

• Experience with Business systems

• Experience with building and design of database systems

• Experience with design and working with complex excel models

• Experience with sales organizations desired

• Experience creating budgetsSkill Set:

• Ability to manage several tasks at one time

• Ability to prepare and analyze large amounts of data

• Ability to design complex spreadsheets

• Ability to communicate interpretation of data

• Ability to work under pressure and time constraints

• Work with confidential data
