Job Title:   Financial Controller
Department: Accounts
Reports To:   CEO/CFO
Location:   Clark, NJ

Salary:  Open (Base+ 10-20% Performance Bonus + Benefits)

Job Description

Ability to coordinate with Accountants and Auditors of  4 companies (INDIA, UK, USA, Czech Republic)

· Monthly budgets, cost accounting, margin, expense and other reports

· Expenses & salary trend analysis

· Managing A/R and A/P

· Putting policies and procedures related to expense approvals

· Interaction with the senior management on issues related to expenses

· Quarterly and annual expense projections

· Others

 The person should have 10 to 15 year experience as a Financial Controller of companies that have multiple investors (preferably public traded companies).  Track record of adding value through proper analysis and projecting expenses based on plans and history. CPA degree is required for this position
