Flagship Web Marketing Manager The Flagship Web Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the vision of Trend Micro’s global website experience.  Reporting directly to the AVP of Marketing, this person will be a highly visible leader within the organization and work closely with the senior management team to help ensure the website is optimally positioned to promote Trend Micro’s brand/reputation, support our customers and channel partners, and communicate our key messages clearly and effectively leveraging world class web marketing experience.Tasks/ResponsibilitiesLead the charge for continual website improvements, focused on primarily front end experience but also understanding the back end implications to core structure, reporting, search, marketing campaigns, etc. Develop and maintain dashboards to report to senior management the health and pulse of the web Facilitate and coordinate a group of key stakeholders across Trend Micro’s functional and regional teams to push for decision and drive projects to completion Infuse industry expertise and best practices into the development and design of Trend Micro’s website  Requirements:7+ years of web marketing experience- 3+ years in a marketing programs role desirable Global/Corporate experience working with multiple regional teams Strong negotiation and consensus building skills Data driven- belief and passion to substantiate recommendations with proof points and industry best practices Ability to communicate, listen to, and drive technical web development teams Proven success revamping corporate websites across multiple geographies Understanding and experience with content management systems, SEO, web analytics Experience with usability testing Strategic thinker, tactical executor with strong leadership skills MBA a plus
