GENERAL ACCOUNTING CLERK

 

VSoft Corporation, a global information and technology provider of process improvement solutions for financial institutions, is searching for a General Accounting Clerk with a strong emphasis on accounts receivables duties in Duluth, GA.

Customers include banks, credit unions, savings institutions, transaction processors, governments, utilities, telecommunications and retail organizations. Job Summary:

The General Accounting Clerk is responsible for collections activities for VSoft Corporation, communicating with customers, as well as other duties related to the accounting department.

 

Responsibilities will include:

·  Filing

·  Communicating with customers

 

Educational and Experience Requirements

·  High School diploma or equivalent

·  2 years general office experience

·  Knowledge of Excel

·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·  Strong attention to detail

·  Ability to take direction

·  Willingness to learn

·  Good interpersonal skills

·  Demonstrated problem solving skills

·  Strong analytical ability
