Ensures all functions are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Assists in the development of policies and procedures for work group. Provides direction to staff on completion of work related to sorting and distributing mail, photocopying, filing, posting and/or proofing data, answering telephone calls, and other work of this nature. Makes recommendations to management on ways to improve clerical processes. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Ability To:· Assign, oversee, and review the work of employees supervised.· Monitor adherence to schedules and procedures.· Make recommendations to management on personnel and project related actions.· Establish and interpret objectives and plans for the teams operations.· Evaluate the performance of subordinates. REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE Ability to establish and interpret objectives and plans for the team operations Ability to evaluate the performance of subordinates Process and results oriented Excellent oral and written communication skills with Ability to effectively prioritize, direct and handle multiple tasks while working under aggressive time constraints Ability to provide quality customer service Manage inventory levels  Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills Self motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to work independently PC skills - Microsoft Office, Excel, Word,  PowerPoint Ability to assign, oversee, and review work of employees supervised.
