These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR.  We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition. The Services workforce is made up of four groups: Client Operations, Project Based, Delivery Centers and BPO Businesses.  Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Center or, in some cases, an Accenture office. Job Description:  The ADS Mobilization Implementation Specialist participates in the deployment and implementation of all Global Delivery Excellence (GDE) assets within a geographic area (e.g. Americas, etc.).  The Senior Specialist works at client sites to demonstrate software tools and GDE assets, assess project requirements, develop implementation work plans, perform installation and configuration tasks, implement enhancements and customizations and conduct training for users and administrators.   Additional responsibilities include the harvesting of asset best practices and customizations from successful projects, development of documentation and position papers, and maintenance of the asset demonstration infrastructure.   Qualifications  Basic Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 3 years total experience working with any of the Rational Suite programs which include: Requisite Pro, Clear Case, Clear Quest, Rational Rose XDE, etc. Preferred Qualifications:  Ability to meet 50% travel requirements, when applicable MS Project Server Accenture Core Estimator Accenture Delivery Methods Strong communication skills (oral and written) Strong deductive reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills Strong technical skills (e.g. Windows, Oracle, SQL Server, NT, SharePoint, Java and Visual Basic) Supervisory experience Programming experience Ability to create and maintain high quality design documents, specification packages, end-user documentation, training and any other appropriate work objects Ability to direct own work at client site with minimal supervision Ability to produce results and learn quickly and independently Travel as needed  To submit resume online Click Here Our people are our most important asset and we invest considerable resources to provide on-going training that builds and extends professional, technical and management skills in all areas.
