Position Description Working within the Lionbridge Global Sourcing and Search Business Unit, this position is responsible for managing a global program for one of our largest Customers. Key aspects of the position include the management and development of a global team to deliver search related projects on time and within scope while developing the program through effective communication within the Customer and Company stakeholder base. Continuous, measurable, improvement in program deliverables, team and customer satisfaction levels are essential to being successful in this role.Position Responsibilities Manage the successful execution of the program across 15+ countries. Build deep technical knowledge of the program, and with every member of the internal team – from a technical, operational, financial, account management and customer focus perspective. Lead, motivate and manage the operational team to ensure optimal results will be delivered on the program. Drive strategic planning, contract execution and SLA compliance, driving quality and innovation, with respect to understanding volume forecasts, program growth and overall program planning. Develop and refine consistent working methodologies and procedures around the program. Responsible for both tracking/reporting of key program deliverables – performance, quality and financial indicators. Serve as main interface between senior Lionbridge and client stakeholders. Forge strong relationship with the customer interfaces, understand the client team dynamic, their business goals, priorities and challenges Develop and manage effective communications with our Customer – focusing on key performance deliverables and program development activities. Act as the escalation point, responsible for arbitration and managing / resolving any issues that arise either within the organisation or with the Customer. Required Knowledge and Skills Proven reporting, financial, analytical and problem solving skills. Experience in managing financial deliverables – budgeting, variance analysis, forecasting and profitability reporting. Demonstrated ability to improve processes/procedures, contributing value to existing projects. Strong organizational, communication and management skills, Possess excellent skills in Microsoft Office, email and internet communications/tools. Working knowledge of current Internet technologies is a distinct advantage. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE 3-4 years program management experience required, preferably in Search, Web Technologies or Services or QA industry .OTHER REQUIREMENTS Excellent Customer interface and financial management skills. Must be resourceful, confident and take initiative. Must possess demonstrated leadership, time management, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain group focus on multiple projects. Should demonstrate initiative and follow through.
