eHealth Solutions is seeking a Go-Live Technicians (GT) in the Northeast Region to join the growing SigmaCare Implementation Team.  The Go-Live Technician (GT) will work with our Implementation Team and customers to install the SigmaCare Long Term Care EMR according to pre-defined guidelines, policies and applicable project plan.  With continued success at eHealth Solutions, the Go-Live Technician (GT) has the opportunity to move into other roles including, but not limited to, Implementation Analyst, Software Trainer or Product Developer.

 

ResponsibilitiesAnalyze organizational/departmental Clinical & Technical workflow SigmaCare configuration and data entry for modules such as Medications Order & Care Plans Hardware configuration & validation Support activation (Go-Live) and conduct post go-live surveys Provides onsite/on unit activation support for facilities beginning to use the SigmaCare™ applicationProvides supplemental training and first level technical support to end usersAssists in testing and evaluation of new software as required and serves as a training resource to the various groups and departments within the companyWorks closely with Technical Support team providing end-user support when necessaryAssists Project Manager with various training related projects, when requested

QualificationsBA/BS Degree in technical or clinical-related profession with experience in clinical implementations Familiarity with health care practices in a Long Term Care setting is desired Ability to interact and work with physicians, nurses and all levels of management and staff Versatility and flexibility, superior customer relationship skills are necessary Familiarity with networking and hardware configurations The position requires significant local travel in the New York area and the Northeast RegionA valid driver's license is required; reliable personal transportation is desirable
