Responsibilities of the Government Relationship Advisor include:Work with existing Government focused Partners to develop strategic business plans that drive market share and revenue in State and Local Government throughout the United States.Assist existing government focused Partners in tactical responses to opportunities in State and Local Government throughout the United States.Educate Government focused partners on the business of government in their desired geographic and/or industry focus.Train Government Focused partners on Hyland Software’s government tool kit, demo, and other available resources.Consult with Solutions Analysts, Industry Managers and other Hyland resources to create Government Solutions, business plans and marketing plans with respect to their individual industries that drives partner revenue.Collaborate with HSI's Marketing Department to develop appropriate sales collateral (brochures, white papers, case studies, presentations) and distribute collateral among the HSI Sales Team and the HSI channel.Collaborate with HSI’s Marketing Department to develop marketing materials and other lead-generation activities on-behalf of partners.Full utilization of internal CRM system and forecasting tools.Enthusiastically perform all activities that are requested of you by management.Attend Training.Entertainment of resellers, end users and HSI training classes.Attendance and participation in Trade Shows and other industry related marketing activities.Willingness to travel approximately fifty percent of the time. Requirements include relevant experience in the administration of Government programs including 2-5 years of Management experience in State or Local Government Industry plus relevant experience with ECM solutions.  Government sales and marketing experience in the ECM field a plus.  Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
