Graphic Web Designer, PHP Developer , PHP Programmer , LAMP Programmer , Web Developer .

For the last 2 years I did a research on a vision site that I have. That vision of the site is unique and currently not exist on the internet. I’m currently looking for at least 3-4 programmers that will be able to help me finishing the code for the site. Work can be done from the office (that located in my house) or from a remote place. Requirements:

• At least 5 years of developing sites under LAMP structure including Ajax and MySQL.
• Knowledge in Dreamweaver and C++ as well as other development tools.
• Good Communications Skills
• Ability to step in and be able to develop under the existing framework of the site.
• Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others.
• Ability to handle a large scale site.

Requirements for Graphic Designer:

• At least 3 years of developing under Photoshop, Dreamweaver.
• 2+ years in Internet graphic design or production team
• Good Communications Skills
• Ability to step in and be able to develop under the existing framework of the site.
• Good knowledge in CSS, HTML files.
• Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others.
• Ability to handle a large scale site.

Compensation:

I’m willing to pay good money for the right candidates + percentage from the company
