GRAPHICAL / CONSULTING SERVICES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Direct Response Technologies, an industry leader in Technology Solutions and Media Services for the Direct Marketing Industry, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Graphical/Consulting Services Support Executive to add to our team.  The successful candidate will work with the between two departments: Graphics and Managed Services. 



Responsibilities:Ensure internal and external customers satisfaction by developing custom creative for web sites, landing pages, ad banners, e-mails, and all other related marketing & Site Optimization projects Implement creative through the varied platforms within the Digital River structure, with strict attention to detailIdentify opportunities to improve current business practices Analyze clients' potential for increased sales and/or improved store flowWork within the organization to develop effective solutions to client problems and initiatives Document and organize procedures as neededIntegrating a 3rd party tracking technology in order to modify content dynamically, real-timeMaintaining html code from multiple clients to ensure proper tracking methods are placed properly and reporting correctly throughout the site Utilizing new technologies for optimization testing (ex. Ajax, Flash)Overseeing some technical & creative aspects of site optimizationAdequately balance the demand for creative results with quick turnaround times

Knowledge/Skills:Experience working in the e-commerce, technology industry (software) Proven record of handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines2 - 4 year degree in a related field, preferredStrong HTML, technical and creative design skillsProficient of Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver, HTML, JavaScript & CSS Ability to work from creative briefs to provide fresh, relevant conceptsA keen eye for design and ability to keep up with industry trendsStrong verbal and written communication Strong analytical, presentation and leadership skillsSite Optimization platform, ideally using a multivariate testing toolQualified candidates will undergo a graphic exercise test as part of the interview processFor consideration, you must supply a digital portfolio
