Join the Relationship Experience Division’s Customer Velocity Platform (CVP) Team and create Microsoft’s next generation customer platform. This platform will raise customer satisfaction and Microsoft revenue by simplifying the customer’s view of Microsoft, delivering highly relevant content, shaping future interactions based on past behavior, and putting end users in control of the value they receive from each interaction with Microsoft and its partners. ·  The Customer Velocity Platform team is responsible for building systems that connect our customers to data and applications that have historically been accessible only within the corporate network. These systems include massive large scale databases that house customer and partner data, business intelligence capture and analysis capabilities used to highly personalize interactions, and inference capabilities that predict future needs as well as connections to the many Microsoft internal business applications that support product development, marketing, sales, service, and support. ·  This Development Manager position is responsible for leading the complete development efforts related to business software applications of varying complexity. The Development Manager shall be the front interface with Program Management, QA, and Support teams and external Microsoft partners to create and deliver business capabilities. The successful candidate is expected to bring broad technical expertise in enterprise software development using MS / Open platform / technologies.
