HEALTHCARE SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION AND SET-UP JUNIOR TECHNICAL CONSULTANT
PURPOSE OF THIS POSTING AND BRIEF SUMMARY: I am a third party recruiter searching for Cincinnati area candidates with very specific experience as defined below, for my client company. The following is a description of the experience you must have to be considered for interview, as this will move quickly for the right candidate. I will contact those who are right on target, ASAP. EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY: My client is a small growing company who is a leader in the development of computerized software systems for the healthcare industry. They produce software for some of the largest hospitals and healthcare networks in the nation, and have partner alliances with other well known software vendors. Their reputation of the company and their products is excellent. Their growth mode with new software products on the way, and their “family oriented team approach” presents a great future career opportunity for their employees and those joining now. As a recruiter, I have placed many people with them over the past 7 years.
CANDIDATE LOCATION: We seek those who live in the Greater Northeast Cincinnati area, or in easily commutable areas in KY or IN. Relocation is NOT an option unless you are in the process of moving there now.
DUTIES OF THIS POSITION:
The Jr. Technical Consultant will travel to the new hospital client site and is responsible for the implementation of desktop applications/Hardware, Third party products and Company Applications into the Test and Production Environments. Setups Test and Training areas at customer siteCompletes the Installation Acceptance TestProvides assistance during Customer Acceptance testingProvides assistance for Push Software DevelopmentProvides assistance to the Company Health Help DeskReport Time on a weekly BasisKeep updated on all Company Health Products be utilizing the C&S ServersCreate Trip ReportsWorks on special assignments dealing with IT Infrastructure Assist in completing all required spec and environmental sheetsAssist in CAT TestingAssist in Mock’sAssist in Go-Lives
Requirements to be considered for interview:
1. We seek someone who has had technical training and 1+ year’s related technical experience
2. Certified A+.
3. Good communication and people skills required.
4. Must be willing to travel between 60-70% to new hospital customers across the country as required.
5. Must have a very “want to help the customer” oriented approach to resolve problems to fulfill the goals of the Company.
6. Must have the skills for, and love “troubleshooting”, and problem resolution.
7. Must have a strong desire to work with and be part of the whole team, which includes other departments throughout the company.
8. Must have a stable work history with infrequent job changes.
9. The person we seek wants a career, not a job.
BENEFITS: This Company offers a very competitive base salary range for this position in the $30k to 35k range, plus great benefits including retirement, plus realistic bonus opportunity.
