If you’re ready for the brightest career future, join us in this excellent opportunity to showcase your talents.  We are currently seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst for our Human Resources department.   Responsibilities: Manage, update, set-up, and maintain HRIS, Kronos timekeeping system, ID Maker, and Geoffrey Door Access Systems Audit all personnel record changes into Human Resource Information System (HRIS) database system (Ceridian) including new hire, termination, pay changes, position changes, and other information tracked in HRIS Provide technical support for end users; maintain and update databases; develop and conduct training sessions Design and test system enhancements, and upgrades of software; liaison with the applications development staff in resolving programming and related problems  Generate standard and complex custom reports and queries from various HR databases as requested for Human Resources or managing personnel Respond to inquiries from staff and management regarding issues with HR databases, including timekeeping, ID Maker and door access systems; resolve system update requests, and or system failures in a timely manner Research, verify, and respond to written and/or oral inquiries from employees and third parties regarding employment verifications for former and current employees; compose and distribute routine written correspondence as necessary Other duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications: Bachelors’ degree preferably in Computer Science or Human Resources Management and two (2) years relevant experience maintaining HRIS (Kronos, ADP, Ceridian, PeopleSoft, etc.) required or an equivalent combination of relevant working experience and education Minimum one (1) year experience as an HRIS Analyst, Business Analyst, or key liaison with HR database vendors in coordinating HR system installation and upgrades. Must have a deep understanding of the structure of relational databases and how they integrate.  Business Analyst background preferred. Excellent project management and follow up skills necessary to meet deadlines and target dates; must be organized and detail oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments Ability to produce customized reports using Crystal and SQL query; advanced MS Office skills required; including Excel, Access, and Word Must be flexible with the ability as team player or independently while exercising initiative, discretion and independent judgment in the performance of assigned tasks Strong interpersonal skills necessary to professionally and effectively deal with all levels of the organization including outside vendors Professional manner and presentation required with ability to convey a positive and professional image; ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work We offer a competitive salary, an excellent fully employer-paid comprehensive benefits package and talented professional colleagues.
