Location: 85016Your location:home   »  find a job   »  advanced search   »  job description Apply Online Send this Job to a Friend Job Title: HRIS Consultant – 6 months contract (Tempe/University area) Description:  Ideal candidate will function as a liaison between business users and technical staff to enhance knowledge and apply that knowledge to help the business users make effective decisions. Consultant will participate in the research, design, development support and maintenance of core Human Resources systems. This includes creating, documenting and troubleshooting processes, procedures, reports and data within those systems. Skills / Requirements:  Must possess a strong knowledge as normally obtained through completion of a Bachelor's degree in a related business discipline or Computer Science. A level of experience as would typically be obtained in no less than 5 years working with complex data environments or systems.  Excellent working knowledge of typical word processing, spreadsheet, and/or database applications is required.  Significant experience in HRIS applications required, including electronic data interface design and implementation between disparate systems. Project management skills are a must.
