Help Desk Assistant - Part-time

This is a part-time position of approximately 15 hours/week (afternoons, M-F, 2:00 - 5:00) and the primary role for this job is to log incoming customer calls for support on Global's application software as you are the first point of contact for client technical assistance.  Once the call is received it is routed to the support specialist.  After the call has been logged the employee follows up internally on the call status.  The employee also assists in maintaining the customer database and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the VP, Client Services.
