This position will involve correspondence with customers/ end users either by phone or email to provide assistance with applications. Other duties will include: Assist users with user name and password generation Respond to questions regarding the clients application – navigation etc. Respond to questions regarding data entry into the system Respond to question regarding queries and monitoring within the system Assist in the use of reporting tools as well as standard reports.Candidates should have strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills. excellent customer interface and communication skills and a pro-active process oriented approach to executing tasks. Strong verbal and written skills, interpersonal skills and a willingness to support various facets of the business will also be important. Previous experience working directly with customers and with process oriented software development life cycles is preferred.
