Help Desk Technician

Company located with offices in Westminster, CO, Solon, OH, and Tulsa, OK is seeking Help Desk Technicians for contract to hire positions in all three locations. 

These positions will report to the Operations Manager and participate on a six person team.  The help desk supports approximately 600 users. 

Responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues on the telephone and also providing desk top support. Technical issues could include hardware, software, operating systems, printers, etc.  The help desk has tiers, but everyone answers calls and works on systems in-person.  Some on-call responsibilities may be required.

REQUIRED:
1) Help desk technician experience
2) Windows environment
3) Active Directory
4) Exchange 2000/2003
5) Experience ghosting, imaging, handling typical computer issues.

DESIRED:
1) UNIX or Linux experience.
