Learn more about ESRI and apply online at www.esri.com/careers ESRI's Software Products is seeking GIS professionals to join our Holistic Testing team to not only creatively test the software but also work with and implement real user workflows and scenarios.DepartmentSoftware ProductsResponsibilitiesImplement and execute user workflows in a test environment on the latest builds of the software.Work with ESRI clientele in an effort to understand their use cases and goals.Maintain relationships and work alongside various development teams in an effort to resolve issues found within the software.Attend conferences, user groups, user sites in an effort to understand and implement their workflows into our testing environment.Document testing results as well as author whitepapers for real world examples that will be published.RequirementsStrong background and experience with GIS concepts and software.Bachelors degree in GIS, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.One to five years of testing or GIS experience.Strong Windows background.Passion for quality and an attention to detail.Recommended QualificationsA passion for GIS.Highly self motivated and enjoy working on projects, short and long term.A passion for learning and understanding all aspects of ESRI's full suite of products.Excellent communication skills.Superior writing skills.Ability to work with a team in a constantly challenging and changing environment.
