Responsibilities:
· Responsible for leading all worldwide human resources functions, including performance management, compensation, benefits, training, employee administration/relations, and employee policies and compliance issues. Proactively seeks ways to solve problems, and improve processes and programs
· Performance Management: Manage performance goals and development plan assessment process, utilizing the company’s Performance Management software. Designed new PM assessment workflow/online form including Core Competencies.
· Compensation and Benefits: Manage relationships with insurance carriers addressing any quality or service issues. Monitor upcoming benefit legislation and prepare for any required compliance activities.
· Training: Administer all product knowledge training programs, through company’s Learning Management software. Maintain New Hire presentation, documentation and on-boarding process.
· Compliance/Policies/Procedures: Develop employee handbooks and document templates, including updating all policies and procedures, as well as ongoing employee communication. Ensure legal compliance and cultural consistency in hiring, terminations and all employment actions. Provide local guidance on legal compliance, compensation and benefits matters.
· Hiring and Retention: Facilitate staffing process including requisition documentation, offer letters, and on-boarding. Develop job families and job profiles, and use these job profiles to create interview process tools, career paths and salary structures.
Requirements:
· 5-8 years in an HR discipline
· BS/BA in Business or relevant course of study, including coursework in HR and employment law.
· Highly experienced HR benefits and administration knowledge with understanding of federal and state laws as pertaining to HR regulations
· Experience with employee relations, HR principles, and HR regulatory environment
· Computer application skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and database management
· Track record of maintaining a high level of confidentiality, integrity, and diplomacy with tact and adherence to policies
· Must possess excellent organizational, process and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to multi-task in a changing global environment
· Demonstrate interest in learning and growth
· Possess communication, presentation, facilitation and influencing skills
· Superior interpersonal and verbal communications skills while working independently
