Human Resources Business Partner
This position is responsible for managing all Human Resources (HR) functions for assigned business units with employees in multiple office locations. Primary duty is to ensure the HR function provides value to the business through a strategic partnership with Management. This requires spending time with the leaders of the organization to grasp an understanding of the service that department or unit provides, then determine how HR supports--and makes more successful--that area of the company. This requires a working relationship primarily with senior management and an ability to work with employees at every level. Additionally this role leads change to bring the organization to a new level of success. Partnership includes cost management and the creation of metrics related to people. Secondary responsibilities include: recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefit administration and employee relations. Leads special projects as required.
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree with 5-10 years of "hands-on" HR partnership experience. S/PHR certification a plus. Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment. Strong leadership skills essential, as well as professional communication skills. Proficient in MS Office suite and able to travel up to 30%.
