Human Resources Director

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Director responsible for human resources related activities including:HR Strategy and Operations - Partner with local management in all aspects of human resources related matters including:  reporting and analysis of information; coordinate all processes including performance reviews, salary cycle, etc.; address employee relations issues; onboard and outprocess employees; identify and address individual or group concerns and recommend solutions.Training - Identify training needs and develop and deploy training paths; develop and deploy any needed location-specific training; coordinate local training and instruct certain content.Policies and Procedures - Work with management to enforce policies and procedures; provide feedback and suggestions on where policies and procedures are needed or should be changed; direct monitoring of time reporting and approvals.Recruitment - Manage the recruitment and employment process; responsible for full life cycle recruitment and employment process; place ads, interview, extend offers, and coordinate all onboarding activities and information flow.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience required; Masters degree or post graduate work preferred.5-8 years HR experience with 2-3 years recruiting or related experience required;excellent oral and written communication skillsstrong interpersonal skillsPHR/SPHR Certification preferred
