IDP Architect / Software Architect

Candidates who do not have this clearance will not be considered.The System Concept Definition (SCD) Increment Development Plan (IDP) Architect is responsible for the architectural aspects of the IDP document as it is being developed.The IDP Architect is responsible for: " Specifying and designing the architectural components of the IDP using industry best practices, architectural design patterns, and federal standards where applicable,br>" Creating IDP design constraints and validation criteria that ensure delivery of the desired architecture " Providing architectural trade criteria to any trade studies in support of the IDP, and performing architectural validation of the trade study results " Encoding the IDP architecture into the System Architect tool " Ensuring alignment of the IDP design and the Target Architecture " Providing liaison support between the IDP Team and the SCD Architecture TeamRequired Skills: " 5+ years of combined experience in information technology related engineering or architecture " 2+ years of experience in service oriented architectures " Experience with one or more federal architecture standards (DODAF, FEAF, IC SOA) " Experience with architectural design patterns " Proven communications, writing, and presentation skills " Knowledge of agile methodologies " Knowledge of modeling and design standards to include UML, BPMN, and ERD notations " Knowledge of software design patterns*** This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance with either a CI, LS, or FS polygraph OR a DNI ISSA security clearance.
