Position Summary:
The qualified candidate will lead a team, provide oversight and has overall responsibility for the Infrastructure Operations and IS Security Compliance. Individual is accountable for the delivery of IS infrastructure services (Data Centers, Networks, IS Security, Help Desk, Desk-side Support, User Account Administration, Disaster Recovery) and associated budgets and planning for production and projects. Candidate ensures enforcement of infrastructure standards, drives continuous improvement in services and cost to serve. He/She partners with business areas, other IS and Service Provider leadership to establish a governance system that allows for effective management of technology priorities. Responsible for IS Security policies and compliance.


Required Qualifications:

 12+ years experience leading teams responsible for Infrastructure Operations and Service Delivery or Infrastructure platforms group for large sized global corporations with geographically dispersed populationsExperience leading technical teams responsible for the infrastructure and delivery of services required for SAP, Siebel, Oracle, and Data Warehouse. (MUST HAVE)Specific technical and process expertise in the areas of Information Security and Risk Management, Voice and Data Networks, Server and Storage Management, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Systems Development (MUST HAVE)Experience managing in an outsourced environment, using an on-shore and off-shore modelStrong project and team management skills (e.g., planning, budgetary control, people management etc.)Experience in implementing quality guidelines, standards and proceduresExperience leading geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groupsExcellent written and verbal communication skills Strong influencing / negotiation skillsStrong interpersonal / relationship management skillsDemonstrated financial and contract management skillsCollege Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Compensation:

Our client pays one of the best compensations you have ever seen. There is a very good base salary, 10-15% bonus on top, stock options, 401(k) matching, 2 weeks vacation, etc. (total cash compensation can be around 265k).
