IT Program Director

The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia is the governing body of the 35 public colleges and universities. The Office of Information and Instructional Technology (OIIT) provides information technology support, services and solutions to the University System of Georgia. Our Academic Innovations team has an immediate opportunity for an IT Program Director, Data Warehouse with a BA, BS or university program certificate and a minimum of 8 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Part of the Data Warehouse Team, this position will manage the Data Warehouse Development Team.  A successful candidate will use his or her knowledge to ensure that their team of resources produces high quality deliverables on time and within budget, following appropriate software development lifecycle processes. As a working manager, this candidate will be expected to write software code and help resolve problems encountered by staff. The manager is expected to have a strong working knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, Designer, Warehouse Builder, Portal and Jdeveloper.
