IT Recruiting Professional

 

 

A position with ATS Technology, a division of ATS Services based out of Jacksonville, FL.

 



DETAILS:

·  This position will be responsible for the qualification and development of a technical IT work force

·  Identify technical knowledge base with all candidates

·  Held accountable for the candidate selection process. 

·  We are looking for aggressive, assertive personalities that can communicate and connect effectively with IT professionals in major US markets. 

·  This is a relationship business that requires excellent follow thru and delivery. 

·  Compensation - base salary plus bonus potential based on individual performance.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

·  A successful candidate will have proven ability to learn quickly and retain necessary information

·  Must posses excellent verbal communication skills, strong ability to negotiate, source candidates thru both traditional and non-traditional methodologies and be a forward thinker

·  Prior IT recruiting experience a must (3+ years)

·  Experience working with Web based applicant tracking systems a must, Vurv preferred

·  IT user group experience strongly preferred

·  Ability to source, recruit, and qualify/disqualify IT professionals for major US markets

·  Must be extremely organized and goal oriented

 

 TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

·  Strong understanding of Application Development

·  Have experience or knowledge using different search tools to include: public boards, Linked In, ERE, IT user groups, Cold Calling / passive recruitment techniques and methodologies

·  Must understand IT languages, Databases, Web Technologies, Applications, Operating Systems, etc.

·  Hardware knowledge a plus

·  Agency experience preferred, strong corporate IT knowledge a+

·  Ability to qualify and disqualify IT professionals based on knowledge, skills and abilities
