3+ years recruiting experience, with a proven Information Technology recruiting track record.
Knowledge of and enthusiasm for the IT profession. Strong Understanding for IT job titles and functionality.
Experience managing the full cycle recruiting process. Talking to customers, taking requirements, searching the database, interviewing the candidates, preparing the candidates and presenting them for the position. Must understand and handle the entire life-cycle of the recruitment process.
Motivation to utilize all available sourcing options, including cold calling, networking, and creative online sourcing.
Ability to network and quickly build rapport.
Commitment to professionalism and strong business ethics.
Knowledge of computer and internet technologies including technical terminology, IT job functions, and internet recruiting techniques.
Must have strong exceptional negotiation skills and experience successfully closing candidates.
Superior verbal and written communication and resume writing skills.
