We have an immediate opening for a Software Application Developer. Candidate will be involved in the full project lifecycle interacting with both IT team members and end users. Work involves gathering of requirements, prepare detailed specifications, coding, and software implementation. This is an excellent career opportunity in a very fast-paced, constantly changing technical environment.Requirements This position requires formal training/education in computer science software Business analysis skills and database development. Working experience with data modeling and application programming interfaces required. Position involves development utilities between various off-she-shelf applications, configuration and customization of applications, and the integration of multiple systems. Experience should include: .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server 2005, ADO.NET, Visual Studio 2005 Team System, Windows Services, Web Services, AJAX, Crystal Report, XML, HTML, Stored Procedure Ability to work with APIs for integration of off-the-shelf software packages Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of tools Knowledge of Java, J2EE, and Websphere desirable but not required Knowledge of SOX control requirements Attention to detail; organizational skills, excellent communications, strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask is a must. Desire to learn, a sense of urgency, and a passion for quality are essential. Ability to handle and complete multiple assignments on a timely manner The nature of the position does require flexibility; off-hours and weekend hours may be necessary at times.
