ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE OPENING

JOB SUMMARY:
IT and Engineering staff augmentation group is looking for an experienced Sales Account Executive
in Roseville, Ca. This is a sales position responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing
business within the IT and Engineering staffing arena. With our assistance you will plan and
implement consistent volumes of focused activities ensuring high achievement in placements on a
staff augmentation, project staffing, contract, contract-to-hire and/or direct hire basis.

Client activities include client development, meeting sales objectives, obtaining requisitions/job
orders, building relationships, penetrating client accounts and taking a positive probative
position in corporate partnering.

We offer a generous base salary, no-cap aggressive commissions, training, full benefits and growth
potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Increase Market Share by proactively prospecting, pursuing and closing new business.
Develop and implement long term relationships with newly acquired clientele.
Manage multiple client relationships.
Develop prospect list and execute a pre-determined targeted sales and marketing plan to generate
new business including cold calls, e-marketing, etc.
Proactively seek new avenues to penetrate clients and attract prospects.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Sales experience in the staffing industry (at least 3 years) or similar sales cycle experience
(mortgage, real estate, B2B) at the executive level with a proven track record of success.
Excellent communication and written skills.
STRONG preference for experience in the staffing industry with a proven track record of success.
Must have a strong drive to succeed.
