Antares Technology Solutions needs an IT Staffing Recruiter!

Due to our recent growth and planned future growth Antares Technology Solutions needs an IT Staffing Recruiter/Salesperson based out of our corporate office in Baton Rouge.  This is a “ground floor” opportunity to help us build our new IT staffing division.

Traits of the Ideal Candidate! 

· Minimum of 3 years experience in IT staffing

· Strong business background and entrepreneurial spirit

· Management and leadership ability

· Excellent verbal and written skills

· Strong presentation skills

· Good PC skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint

· Proven sales track record

· Ability to work outside normal business hours

· Dependable transportation

· College degree (technical field preferred)

· Self starter, energetic, willing to do whatever is needed

· Handle multiple priorities 

Tasks and Responsibilities! 

· Develop recruiting strategies

· Help select and implement recruiting/resume tracking software

· Develop and grow candidate base

· Determine client requirements

· Qualify candidates

· Monitor and support associates on assignment

· Participate in community and professional networking events

· Develop and grow client base

· Assist in preparation of proposals, presentations, sales packets, etc.

· Will work out of Baton Rouge office

· Assist with recruiting staff for Antares
