IT Support

We have currently an exciting opportunity for an individual looking for an IT support position. Working as an IT Support Assistant you will provide a high standard administration and technical support to clients.

On a daily basis you will be required to install and build new systems, manage daily backups and user accounts, implement and test new software solutions, conduct routine hardware / software troubleshooting and problem resolution within the IT systems.

You must have good communication skills as you will be the first point of contact for all software and hardware faults.

We are looking for an excellent communicator who can work independently.

Qualifications required:

At least 2 years of previous experience of working within an IT technical support.

A Solid understanding of Windows environments. (SQL server, and ).

Knowledge & experience in managing an Exchange Server.

Previous experience with Active directory: Policies, users & groups, etc.

Organized, fast learning person with IT in his blood!
